I think the problem has something to do with my device being a Laptop and the specs it has, I know 2 guys who both use Desktop that have better specs than mine, both able to stream Photoshop using Windows Capture with no issue. But it always goes back to being unable to use Windows Capture for Photoshop again. Sometimes I'm able to use it a few times after certain Windows or OBS updates. The thing is I have been able to use Windows Capture to capture Photoshop but it's very inconsistent. I've also tried Games Capture, if I remember correctly it worked for me for ONLY a short while a LONG while ago, now it won't do anything.
